Post-construction cleaning is a specialized service. Drywall dust, paint overspray, adhesive residue and sticker marks require different tools and more time than a standard clean. Our team works methodically from the top down so dust is not simply pushed around.
We serve homeowners finishing a remodel, contractors preparing for a final walk-through, and builders and investors getting a property ready to list. Rough, final and touch-up phases are all available.

Post-Construction Cleaning questions
When should post-construction cleaning happen?
After the last trade has finished and all debris is removed. For large projects we can do a rough clean mid-project and a final clean at completion.
Do you remove construction debris?
We bag and remove small debris and dust. Large materials, lumber and drywall scraps should be removed by your contractor before we arrive.
How is it priced?
Post-construction pricing is based on square footage and the condition of the space. Email us with details or photos for a quote.
